Return & Refund Policy

CellTek Labs is committed to maintaining strict quality control standards for all research materials. Due to the sensitive and regulated nature of many of our products, our return policy is outlined below.

No Returns or Refunds on Peptides

All peptide products are final sale.

For safety, quality assurance, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any peptide products, regardless of circumstance. This includes unopened, unused, or partially used items.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are also non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Gift cards
• Opened or used research materials
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Some health and personal care items
• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email support@cellteklabs.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is verified as a shipping error or fulfillment mistake on our part, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue monetary refunds for peptides but will correct verified fulfillment errors.

Returns on Eligible Non-Peptide Items

If we offer other research-related materials that are eligible for return, they must:

• Be unused
• Be in original, unopened packaging
• Be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Include proof of purchase

Return authorization must be obtained prior to sending any item back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• All return shipping costs (if applicable)
• Ensuring proper packaging
• Using a trackable shipping service

CellTek Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
